How does lean construction work?
–During the pre-construction phase, we have carefully planned out what materials will be necessary for each step of the project.
–Using just-in-time delivery, we guarantee only the materials for each step are on-site when they are needed.
–Because we utilize pre-fabrication, all materials which can be assembled in advance have been. This frees up workspace and minimizes time we must be on site installing the components.

We consider lean construction to be key to efficiency for ourselves on-site, but also the other contractors by minimizing our impact on the project site and freeing up the work space.
